Our Mission

Maintain a community health clinic which places emphasis on the complete physical, mental, and social well-being of the individual in his/her society and to work with other levels of health services to assure the Rock Creek Clinic remains open to provide general family care for the area residents.
Operate and manage various programs for Children, Families, Seniors, and the general public.
Provide affordable meeting and event space.
Work with other community organizations and clubs on shared annual community events and promote the health and well-being of rural life.
